Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this 14-day period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition upon receipt, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A return shipping label will be provided via email upon approval from SheSpins. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund, please take the following steps: First, re-verify your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.
Gift Returns
Direct Gift Shipment: If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
Indirect Gift or Not Marked as Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the order directly, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser (the gift giver). The gift giver will be notified of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: SheSpins, 11613 Hortense Street, North Hollywood, CA 91602. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For returns of higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
